Vingroup starts construction of $126m resort complex in Quang Ninh

Financed by conglomerate Vingroup, the part costs over VND2.93 billion (US$126 million). It covers a total area of 32.2ha in Cam Pha City, comprising commercial houses, schools and areas providing public services.
